After two very successful seasons, in early September 2021 the Fika Campus Brand Ambassador program officially opened its third season with students from many different schools across the country.

New Changes
Following on from the success of the previous two seasons, Fika has expanded the program’s scale considerably, with a total of 21 young and enthusiastic participants from schools such as the University of Science and Technology, Fulbright University, HCMC University of Technology and Education, and RMIT University.
Fika also added the new position of CBA Leader, to help students get used to managing a team more effectively, in line with the spirit of “Teamwork Makes Dreamwork” that Fika’s staff has always pursued.
Leader CBA is the bridge between team members and Fika. As a leader of a group, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the best way to manage, communicate, and assign tasks to other members, thereby helping to form the professional style of a potential future administrator.
About the Fika Campus Brand Ambassador Program
The Campus Brand Ambassador Program (CBA) is a three-month marketing internship program for young Vietnamese people. Fika Ambassador (Brand Ambassador) also acts as a connection between Fika and the student’s university to introduce an application and make plans for developing a particular product with the Fika team.
In addition, all students participating in this program will have the opportunity to experience working in the Fika environment at a constantly changing pace that requires them to be creative and much more active. It also helps them improve their self-discipline, confidence and much more.
Another attractive feature of the program are the rewarding activities every week. Fika will hold training sessions on marketing weekly to share experiences from the company’s staff to all Campus Brand Ambassadors. Promisingly, this will deliver a lot of knowledge and new perspectives for these talented young marketers in the future.
This program is also an opportunity for the students to expand their network, participating in meetings and interacting with field leaders when participating in promotional activities organized by Fika.
The CBA program was created to contribute to society, help the young generation of Vietnam in their self-development process, and simultaneously align with Fika’s core values of growth, authenticity, empowerment, and innovation.
