As an online social and dating platform for users, Fika wants to create a safe environment. We promote gender equality not only in the workplace, but also on the Fika app. To finish Pride Month strong, Fika would like to share the story of Albus – currently a Backend Developer at Fika, where he struggled to apply for a job in the tech industry as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
